Mosaic Support Coordination

Mosaic was formed by Directors - Rosie Grigg and Tasmin Young and started operating in July 2018. Mosaic is an NDIS Provider and was formed to fill a gap in service for the Upper Hunter community "delivering therapy and supports to local people by local people". Tasmin and Rosie both previously worked for the largest disability provider in NSW. It was this experience of working for a large organisation that inspired them to develop an independent and local service that can provide a personalised service to people living with a disability in the regional and rural communities they themselves live in. Mosaic works with all ages and disabilities. Our area of specialism is working with adults with Complex Psycho-Social Disabilties. We are skilled and experienced at working with challenging behaviours, addiction and homelessness.
